NingXia Red Jello




3 pkts plain gelatin
1/2 c swerve (xylitol powder) or other sweetener to taste
1 tsp sugar
3 squeezed lemon ice cubes
3 drops lemon Vitality oil
3 drops lime Vitality oil
2C boiling water
1C ice (rounded up a bit)
1 Ningxia Red pkt (will use 2 next time)

In large bowl, Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Mix in NR and sweetener. Add 2 cups boiling water till dissolved. Add lemon ice cubes and cup of ice. Mix till melted. Put in a cake pan and chill till firm.  Have fun with it..add some berries to float around in it :)

Cut into squares or ...


Whip some heavy cream w/ a 1 ice cube size of lime juice , sweetener to taste. some drops of lemon & lime essential oil and then add the firmed jello to beat up into chunks to make FLUFF as pictured. Makes 8 custard cup sized servings.



**This is a great LOW CARB dessert if you don't use sugar or honey!
