Low Carb Rosemary Thyme Breakfast Burrito

Eating low carb is super yummy and easy!
Using essential oils in your cooking is even easier!

YES, you read that right! You can EAT essential oils...well...at least the ones from Young Living!! They are so pure that there is an entire Vitality line labeled for dietary use :)

CHOCOLATE ORANGE Cream Puffs - Amazingly Simple

This is a WONDERFULLY simple cream puff recipe I've used for many years! I found it in my well used Betty Crocker cookbook that is older than I am, haha.  My teen son just made some for our family dessert night but this would be perfect for holiday gatherings as well.  He'll be adding this recipe to his cookbook binder that each of my kids keep their faves in. ( It's a great homeschool project but, since it's so handy for the future, everyone would benefit from building one! )

You can use this recipe base to make eclair shapes as well. These are often filled with vanilla pudding (shown below with the base) but I enjoy them filled with whipped cream..less sugar/starch which means healthier and lower carb. The flavor can be changed by adding Cinnamon or Orange Vitality essential oils!

Low Carb Vitality Quiche

Start the new year right! Support your weight loss or weight maintenance goals with yummy Quiche!

My whole family loves it.   If you don't like certain veggies then just replace them with ones you do like!  This particular recipe is low carb and not watery.  It hits the spot.. warm or straight from the fridge.  You can cut up individual portions (for us that is 1/4 of the quiche) and freeze in baggies.   I like to make two or four at a time so I can freeze some.  Make this the day before Christmas or as a healthy addition to a potluck.  Eat it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Here is the basic recipe which you can adapt to your own preferences...

Chicken Enchiladas with Young Living Flare!

Young Living's Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas
YUM! :)

I'll take mine with sour cream and guacamole on top!

To make this low carb, simply use low carb tortillas or make it casserole style with a thin egg layer instead.

Makes a great omelet as well!
