Low Carb Rosemary Thyme Breakfast Burrito

Eating low carb is super yummy and easy!
Using essential oils in your cooking is even easier!

YES, you read that right! You can EAT essential oils...well...at least the ones from Young Living!! They are so pure that there is an entire Vitality line labeled for dietary use :)

Being delish isn't the end of the story; taking them internally supports a healthy immune system so you can do your best to stay strong when nasty things are all around you! Got an oil that's not the ideal flavor for you? Go ahead and put it in a capsule, but...

 DON'T LET LIFE BE BORING!

Don't miss out on the amazing flavors Young Living has to offer...put some cardamom in your coffee, lemongrass in your tea, or make your own flavored creamer using orange and cinnamon oils.  Add some oregano oil to your pizza sauce (serve over ground beef patties or stuffed mushrooms to keep it lower carb) or basil to your spaghetti sauce.

There are many wonderful RECIPES incorporating Young Living's Vitality line of essential oils, however, life is sometimes busy and we need an option that's fast.

  • Rub some lime oil on your avocado and sprinkle with pink salt.
  • Drip some lime onto your chicken taco.
  • Combine a few drops of rosemary or dill oil into your cream cheese/sour cream veggie dip.
  • Take your whipped cream fruit dip to the next level with some orange oil!
  • Add a drop of basil & thyme to some olive oil; drip onto your salad or meat before you eat it.
  • Add a few drops of orange or cinnamon oils to plain frosting.
  • 5-7 drops of peppermint oil in a 9x13 pan of brownie mix is Mmmmm
  • The world is your oyster! Get creative! (But leave out the oysters...eewww) :)

Mix 2 drops of orange and a drop of lime into your plain yogurt with a bit of Stevia.

OH WAIT!
ROSEMARY THYME BREAKFAST BURRITO...

Well that was pretty easy :)
I simply shredded some cheddar cheese on a low carb wrap, piled on my 3 scrambled eggs with some Lil' Smokies and fried red peppers, splatted on the sour cream and hot sauce, then rubbed a bit of rosemary and thyme vitality oils down the length of the tortilla with my finger before eating.
