Sit back and relax with this refreshing and soothing drink. What a great boost....full of antioxidants! I think I might try this hot with or without a green tea bag added!

Lavender Lemonade
Ingredients
7 lemons
2 limes
honey-sweeten to taste
4 quarts of water-almost a gallon jug
1 drop Young Living lavender Vitality essential oil
Directions
1. Juice the lemons and limes.
2. Pour juice into glass gallon jar.
3. Add water.
4. Add honey.
5. Add 1 drop lavender Vitality essential oil.
6. Stir well.
7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to mix flavors.
Only use glass as the oil will leach chemicals from the plastic.
**For an added boost try using some Young living lemon or lime oil essential oils too!
